Resolved: We have restored GPU capacity for Marengo 3.0 and Marengo 3.5, and processing times are returning to normal. Video indexing tasks submitted during this incident can take more time to finish while the backlog clears. You do not need to resubmit them.

Update: Marengo 3.5 is also affected. Since November 4, Marengo 3.5 has less GPU capacity than usual. Marengo 3.5 embedding and video indexing requests can be slower than usual, and some requests can fail for short periods. Marengo 3.0 video indexing and embedding are still slower than usual, and long videos (1 hour or more) can take several hours to index. Tasks in progress are still processing. Please do not resubmit them, because duplicate tasks make the queue longer. We are working to bring processing times back to normal, and we will post an update when they are.
